Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains when and how WealthCulture Advisory Services Private Limited (SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, INA000020022) refunds the advisory fees you have paid.
It applies to all clients of our investment advisory services and should be read with our Terms
of Service and your Investment Advisory Agreement. It follows the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, under which you may end the Services at any time and receive a refund for the unused period.

2. Fees and payment

We charge fees only for advisory services, as stated in your Investment Advisory Agreement, and never more than SEBI permits.
• We may collect fees in advance for up to six months at a time.
• You pay by bank transfer, UPI, or an eNACH / eMandate that you authorise.
• Fees are paid only to WealthCulture’s designated bank account.
• GST and other taxes are charged extra and are refunded in proportion to the fee refunded, as the law allows.

3. Cooling-off period

You can cancel within 7 days of your first payment and get a full refund, provided we have not yet delivered any advice to you.
• The 7 days count from the date your first payment is received.
• “Advice delivered” means any personalised recommendation, portfolio review, report or advisory call.
• Once advice has been delivered, the pro-rata refund in section 4 applies instead.
• A full refund under this section carries no breakage fee.

4. Refund when you end the Services early

If you end the Services before the paid period is over, we refund the fee for the unused period, less a breakage fee of one month’s fee.
The refund is calculated as: Refund = Fee paid – fee for the period already used – breakage fee
The period used runs from the start date of the Services to the date we receive your written notice. The breakage fee never exceeds the limit SEBI sets.

5. Refund when WealthCulture ends the Services

If we end the Services, or cannot continue them, for any reason that is not your breach, we refund your fee for the unused period in full, with no breakage fee.
This also applies if our SEBI registration is suspended, cancelled or surrendered, or if SEBI or another authority directs us to stop advising you.

6. What is not refundable

Fees for a period you have already used are not refundable, and neither are the items below.
• The breakage fee described in section 4.
• Payment gateway, bank or eMandate charges levied by third parties, where these were charged to us and not passed to you as part of the fee.
• Fees for a period after we end the Services because you gave false information or seriously breached the Terms, to the extent SEBI rules allow us to retain them.
• Losses or gains on any investment you make. Fees are charged for advice and not for investment results.

7. How to request a refund

Email ujjawal@wealthculture.in or call 8939499557 and tell us you want to cancel.
1. Send your written notice from your registered email address. Include your name, PAN and the date of payment.
2. We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
3. We confirm the amount, showing how it was calculated, within 5 business days.
4. We refund the amount to the account you paid from.

8. Timelines and mode of refund

We send approved refunds within 10 business days of your cancellation notice, to the same bank account or UPI ID you paid from.

These bank timelines are estimates, and banks can take longer.

9. Failed or duplicate payments and eNACH mandates

If money is debited but the payment fails, or you are charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full within 7 business days of confirming it.
• Tell us the transaction reference and date, and we will check with our payment partner.
• When you cancel the Services, we cancel your eNACH / eMandate so that no further fees are debited. This can take up to 5 business days for the bank to process.
• If a fee is debited after your cancellation took effect, we refund that fee in full.

10. Disputes and grievance redressal
